News from Worcester:.... Fuel prices, WAPA Discount, Airfield Access, Master Plan, New Runway Lights, T-Hangars for sale and rent, and new Airfield Access stickers required by 5/15.

Do you know anything that other WAPA members should know about? Submit news from your local airports use the "Submit Story" link in the Navigation menu on the left. [Not available in the current WAPA Web]

100LL is $3.53/gal., but the WAPA discount is back, now $.15/gal. You have to show your member card to get the discount. Also, renew your membership on or before the May 6th meeting for a $5 discount from the $35 membership fee.... [Discount has again been eliminated]

The main gates (reported out of service on 2/8) were quickly repaired and were working the next day. Power is being run to the tie-down gate so that one should be operational soon...

MAC approved the matching funds for the Airport Master Plan...

The FAA approved funds for replacing the 11/29 runway lights. Work should start mid to late August. More details to follow as the plans are finalized....

Update 4/3: Forgot to mention that the new Airfield Access vehicle stickers are in. $15 per sticker. They will be enforced starting May 15^th.
