For Sale: One-Third Share in N3330E, a 1979 C172N Skyhawk II, s/n 17271507, based at Worcester, MA (ORH).

Airframe total time: around 4675 hours. Exterior: white with blue trim, condition 7-8. Interior: condition 7-8.

Engine: O-320-H2AD Lycoming, around 2020 hours SMOH.
Entirely new top (about 300-400 hours ago), excellent condition, no current squawks.
Oil changed minimum every 25 hours, consumption very stable and low.

Equipment and Avionics:

  • 1 @ King KX-155 nav/com with ILS.
  • 1 @ Cessna 385 nav/com with ILS. (Yes, that's right: dual ILS.)
  • Garmin GMA340 Audio Panel with Markers, Aux
  • Antenna Input for Handheld.
  • Vacuum failure backup system.
  • 5461 Cessna ADF, Narco TSO DME.
  • 359A Cessna Transponder with encoder, current biannual.
  • SP400A four-place intercom.
  • Apollo 602 Loran (antenna fault needs work).
  • Tail strobe, wheel fairings (currently in storage),
  • Tannis engine heater.

No damage history. All ADs complied with. Current IFR certification. Comprehensive logs in excellent condition. Professionally maintained by Liebfried in Fitchburg MA.

Looking for one partner to join well-managed partnership LLC with an existing $12,000 engine fund on hand. Vision is to upgrade to 180 or 190 hp engine. Other two owners include an IFR pilot with about 600 hours, and a VFR pilot with about 200 hours.
