New hangar complex under consideration for ORH

George Clark writes: ... News in the mail today from Windward Aviation in Wilmington, DE. They are planning to build a hangar complex at ORH - 18 T-hangars and 5 larger hangars suitable for business jets. There is no real indication of exactly where on the airport they will be located. Also the plans are conditional on taking enough reservations to make the project successful. There is an informational meeting planned for December 5th.

Now for my editorial comments... This would have a much better chance of success if there was a broad multi-faceted plan to build a General Aviation success at ORH. A plan that addresses Activities, Access, Amenities, Services, Atmosphere and Advertising. A plan to attract GA traffic to ORH.
