Council attempts to slice airport spending

Chris Kosak writes: ... District 3 Councilor Paul P. Clancy Jr., proposed cutting a significant portion of tax-levy subsidy the city provides for Worcester Regional Airport. ........“If Massport does not take over the airport, we will have to look at some type of closure plan,” he added. “I will not vote another tax-levy nickel for this enterprise.”
