Part 1 - completed and tested

• Read WikiName <email@domain> password, Password "phrase" from input file
• Create slash account. Nickname = WikiName
  • Password is md5 of the input password

Part 2 - TBD.

• Write out Wiki user page WikiName.txt
  • Set ALLOWUPDATE to lock page down to user
• Call rcs command with "-i" operand to initialize the rcs file. WikiName.txt,v
• Call htpasswd to append userid and crypt password to htpasswd.
• Print line to be manually included into the Users index.

• Compose message to user
  • include password and "password phrase"
